If you're a PADI diver in a PADI dive center, your PADI instructor can access your records.
But if you're not in a PADI dive center, you may download their eCard application or
find your way through the replacement card process in order to prove your diving level.

If you're a diver in another organization, this does not seem so easy.
We recommend you get your certification registered at IFDI by your instructor.
